Today we continued through the Woomera Prohibited area, which is the size of England, to Coober Pedy. Coming into Coober Pedy there is a wind turbine that only provides enough power to power the school which has about 1500 students the other 96% of Coober Pedy is powered by a diesel generator. First we had a late lunch. After lunch we went to the local information center for a while. We then went to an underground church the first in Cooper Pedy and possibly the world. We then went shopping. Once we had stocked up with enough food we went back to the caravan park.
